You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 70 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 1.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.50 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December, EUR 1.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.70 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: approximately EUR 5 to 8 for adults, and EUR 4 to 6 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 25 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 2)
• Uncovered extended parking fee: EUR 10 per day
• Pet fee: EUR 10 per pet (varies based on length of stay)
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Hosted evening meal: EUR 29

• The seasonal pool will be open from June to September.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• In accordance with national/local laws, air conditioning may be restricted to certain hours from 15 November to 15 April.
