• The city tax ranges from JPY 100-200 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. The tax does not apply to nightly rates under JPY 10,000. Please note that further exemptions may apply. • Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities and pool.
• The optional pool fee of JPY 7,000 per person, per day, applies to guests ages 16 and above on weekdays, and JPY 9,000 on weekends, holidays, and August 14-16, 2024, for access to the Sky Pool. The same optional pool fee per person, per day, applies to guests ages 13 and above for access to the Diamond Pool. The pool fee for children ages 4-12 is JPY 5,000 on weekdays and JPY 7,000 on weekends, holidays, and August 14-16, 2024. Children ages 0-3 have access to the Diamond Pool at no charge. The optional pool fee is different for July 27, August 4, August 9 and August 24, 2024. Please contact property for more details.

• The seasonal pool will be open from July 20 to September 01.
• One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
