• The city tax ranges from JPY 100-200 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. The tax does not apply to nightly rates under JPY 10,000. Please note that further exemptions may apply. • The optional listed pool fee of JPY 7,000 per person, per day, applies to guests ages 16 and above on weekdays, and JPY 9,000 on weekends and holidays for access to the Sky Pool. The same optional pool fee per person, per day, applies to guests ages 13 and above for access to the Diamond Pool. The pool fee for children ages 4-12 is JPY 5,000 on weekdays and JPY 7,000 on weekends and holidays. Children ages 0-3 have access to the Diamond Pool at no charge.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities and pool.

• The seasonal pool will be open from July 20 to September 01.
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
