Guests must not clear immigration as the hotel is located inside the terminal of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Rooms can only be purchased for 6- or 12-hour stays. Guests are required to present their connecting or international flight's boarding pass at check-in. Please note that the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Low Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2) are not connected. Checked-in luggage cannot be retrieved if staying at the transit hotel. This property is located inside Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Terminal 1, in the international departure/transit/airside area.
