• Cash deposit: EUR 50.0 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the local government and will be collected at the property. The tax is reduced by 50% after the 8th night of stay and children under 16 years of age are exempt. • A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.28 per person, per night , up to 9 nights, and EUR 0.14 thereafter. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 31 October, EUR 1.10 per person, per night, up to 9 nights, and EUR 0.55 thereafter. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• Destination fee: EUR 1.10 per person, per night. This fee does not apply to children under 1 year of age.

• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 20 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 4)
• Early check-in fee: EUR 15 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM

• In-room safe fee: EUR 3 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 35.0 per day
