You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately JPY 2200 for adults and JPY 1540 for children
• Pet fee: JPY 1100 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees

• Access to this property's outdoor seasonal pool is available from check-in time on the day of arrival to 2 PM on the day of departure.
• In addition to the listed hours, the mineral hot springs are also open from 6-10 AM daily.

• The seasonal pool will be open from March 21 to October 14.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
• Up to 2 children 2 years old and younger stay free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
• This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).
