Each guest must have photocopies of their passport and Indian visa along with the original documents and 2 recent passport-sized photos to receive the permit. Guests can submit these documents at Melli and Rangpo entry checkpoints, Bagdogra Airport's Sikkim Tourism Booth, and Sikkim House in Kolkata or Delhi.
