You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: GBP 150 per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: GBP 60 per accommodation, per week
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: GBP 30.00 for check-in between 6 PM and 9 PM

• This property's policy is that only 1 medium size dog is allowed in Buzzard Lodge and Chiffchaff Lodge, and 2 medium size dogs in the rest of the lodges. The price for 1 dog is GBP 40.00 per week and 2 dogs in GBP 60.00 per week.
• This property has a strict no music outside policy.

• This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.
