There is no front desk at this property. This property is located within Mount Portofino Natural Regional Park and is accessible only by foot. Guests can park their vehicles in the parking area located in Portofino Vetta and walk approximately 45 minutes to the property. Alternately, guests can leave their vehicles at Camogli and take a ferry to San Fruttuoso Capodimonte and walk approximately 30 minutes from there. A small monorail from San Fruttuoso may be used to carry luggage to the property if required.
