Guests must transfer to the property via airplane or floatplane and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property offers transfers from the ferry terminal (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Access to this property requires travel by ferry and seaplane. Guests depart from their chosen location in Singapore at 7 AM for a 30-minute car transfer to Tanah Merah terminal for a 30-minute ferry to Batam at 8:15 AM. Following customs and airport transfer, guests depart via seaplane at 9:30 AM for an 80-minute flight to the property. Departures are scheduled at 1 PM to arrive by 4:40 PM in Singapore. Guests are advised to book departing flights from Singapore after 8:30 PM.

Cannot recommend iTravel & Khalid enough. We had a fantastic holiday to Dubai and Khalid made the whole booking process easy and stress free.
