Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. To check affected dates and request an exemption, visit cda.comune.venezia.it. Access to the pool is available in 2-hour time slots. Same-day pool access reservations must be made directly at the hotel via the Guest Relations Team in the morning. Parents and legal guardians traveling with a child under 18 must provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship at check-in. If a child under 18 is traveling with an adult who is not their parent or legal guardian, a declaration of consent of travel issued by the parents and a copy of a valid ID must be provided at check-in.

Hassle-Free Booking!

Cannot recommend iTravel & Khalid enough. We had a fantastic holiday to Dubai and Khalid made the whole booking process easy and stress free.
