The Turkish ski season runs from mid-December through early April, with peak conditions typically between January and March when snow depth and quality are at their finest. February offers the best combination of reliable snow, longer daylight hours, and vibrant après-ski atmosphere, though March provides excellent value with spring skiing conditions and fewer crowds.
Antalya's ski resorts are located in the spectacular Taurus Mountains, with Saklikent just 90 minutes from Antalya Airport and Davraz easily accessible via Isparta. Direct flights from major UK airports take around 4 hours, with convenient resort transfers included in most packages. The proximity to Antalya's coastal region means you can even combine skiing with Mediterranean experiences in a single holiday.
Peak season runs January through February when snow conditions are perfect but accommodation prices are highest and resorts busiest. March and early April offer exceptional value with spring skiing, warmer après-ski terraces, and significantly lower prices, making it ideal for budget-conscious skiers. Late December can be hit-or-miss for natural snow, but modern snowmaking ensures good skiing conditions across all major Turkish resorts.
